Shipping
Flat shipping rate of $14.99 for most orders. Orders which are going to remote areas may be subject to additional shipping fees. You will be contacted if this is the case prior to the order being completed. A full refund will be granted if the shipping fee is too high in these scenarios.
Free shipping for any order which exceeds $175.00, before tax.
Will offer free local delivery to any order which exceeds $75.00 before tax. Please contact us to see if you are eligible for this offer.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes wildlife one way doors, wildlife traps, bird nets and more. Please contact us in regards to a product you wish to return prior to mailing it.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pestcontrolshopcorp@gmail.com and we can then arrange a reverse pick up of the defective or damaged product.
